I don't see any indication that Harris would lower tariffs, so it's probably a coinflip if she wins. And Trump is likely to raise at least some tariffs.

@DanielTilkin I think that's basically correct, however the way I see the chart is that Trump raised tariffs last time, and they've been slowly kinda coming back down (but noisily), reverting towards pre-Trump levels. That trend might well continue.
