San Jose is already way bigger population-wise and landmass-wise. SF is at the end of a fairly hilly peninsula, which is refusing to build anything. SJ is a large sprawling metro, which can expand in its less developed peripheries.

For YES holders, do you see SJ shrinking vastly, or SF growing significantly (and SJ stalling)? Is it SF’s ADUs 😂
