Someone will get out of a rocket or vehicle right after returning from space and be arrested and taken into custody after they land.

Note that if they had been arrested in space this can count. Although if they were already arrested when they went to space, that wouldn't count. The point is whether they are are forcibly newly taken into full custody after they land.

Must be on US territory by US authorities.

They must have been in full space, at least orbit. Not just a point to point rocket or shorter hop. They must be human.
