By 2027, an American will be able to take a photo or a pdf or web view or similar of a medical form for full medical history info at a doctors office and use an AI service to automatically fill it out for, based on medical info he or she has given it earlier. It will either return an image of the completed form or have filled out the web form, etc without need for review or adjustment except very rarely.

Service must be available to most Americans, up to 200$/month inflation adjusted to today.

Tldr: the problem if automatically filling out medical forms will be solved

@Ernie ok one like Codex computer use can def do this
but also
Fill Hero says its free Chrome extension uses saved medical templates across patient-intake and EHR portal forms, while Valhalla says its AI intake system pulls existing EHR history

@prismatic nice. yeah actually i had a local claude instance fill in a pdf on-disk w/out me having to restate all my info, my name etc. which was great. This seems basically done & ready to me now.

It doesn't seem we're that close to the AMA blocking this, and are technically there, too
