Contiguous?

@NoaNabeshima hmm, "live" implies longer term, not just "being alive while overseas" so yes let's say it has to be basically contiguous. Although if she stays out 200 days with a 3 day trip back to the US in the middle that is okay.

This gets super legalistic so let's just hope it's obvious that her "home" and "residence" was out of the US a clearly defined, long period of time. If it gets complicated we can deal with it then.
