To resolve Yes, bring photo/video evidence of Tadej Pogacar getting a new wheel on his bike or changing his bike. If he has a bike problem that requires him to stop riding to fix his bike but does not actually get a new wheel or new bike, that is NOT sufficient to resolve Yes.

If you have convincing non-photo/video evidence that Pogacar got a wheel/bike swap, you can bring it but it will need to pass my personal judgement. (I expect any possible mechanical issue will be covered with cameras, but you never know.)

If no one brings the evidence by the closing time shortly after Stage 15, this market resolves No by default.
