If he appears before the end of 31 December 2024 (cycling time), this resolves Yes.
If he does not appear before then, resolves No.
If there are media things, cut by his team, arrests, whatever, that's evidence and stuff, but this market only resolves based on the UCI suspension list.
I'm not quite sure what to do about this -- there is a duplicate question here:

But the creator has been completely gone from the site since creating it.
Should we just use that one? Or what. I wish this was more straightforward. Also, the question creation should have warned me.
@Eliza I guess it's okay to have both -- that market is also about "Disqualification" which this one is not. I think that would mean getting some race results DQ'd.
