My husband had a reverse vasectomy in Sao Paulo, Brazil on October 14th, 2021 and has had the vasectomy since 2013. I had my IUD removed in January 2022 and we have been trying to get pregnant. He is 33 and I am 27. Sexual interactions are on average between 25 minutes and 1 hour. We both lead reasonably active lifestyles and have no current medical issues. I have been tracking my ovulation and the sexual occurrences this entire time. I have laid out the dates of ovulation and ejaculative, reproductive sex below:

Aug 30, 6:19am: From another market posted about a semen analysis he had done . "Aug 22, 3:29am: He had his semen analysis last Thursday and should be getting results in the next 2 days. Had to masturbate in a cup in a bathroom for 30 minutes though they wanted him to take 5 minutes. Might have effected the amount of semen ejaculate to be tested. Not sure how that might impact the test results.
Aug 30, 6:16am: Turns out the sperm count was very low 4 mil/ejaculate and the motility was also low. "

@ES221712 Interesting. Being on your toes when atrempting any kind of deep squat is a very smart idea. It is not possible to bend down on your ankles without nuking the low back. But the important thing is the chin. It must be moved up while standing or lying down (as in my Garfield avatar).
@EnopoletusHarding I really don't know how I didn't realize this before... maybe because Kjetil and Evan Osar kept saying "chin down"... and they were completely wrong. Chin down crushes the neck muscles.

for the shoulders: East Asian writing direction (katakana/hankil/zhuyin)
for the groin: man should be able to ejaculate downward
for the ribcage: spaces as narrow as possible, to prevent squishing of the internal organs/atrophy of the neck/overreliance on bone instead of muscle. This, though, is by far the hardest to change consciously.
for the chin: up, not down (easiest to change)
