This market will resolve according to the total number of candidates officially approved to run in the first round of the 2027 French presidential election, as published by the French Constitutional Council (Conseil constitutionnel) as late as March 26th , 2027.

The market will resolve once the official list of candidates is published. Only candidates officially approved to appear on the first-round ballot will count. Potential candidates, declared candidates who fail to qualify, and candidates who withdraw before the official list is finalized will not count.

The winning answer will be the exact number of officially qualified candidates. If the election is postponed or cancelled before the official list is published, the market will resolve N/A.
