Pretty self-explanatory. I got a bit addicted to scrolling through memes mindlessly on Instagram so I decided to challenge myself to stop using Instagram for 5 days cold turkey. The app will not be uninstalled, notifications will still be on. Currently my average daily screentime for Instagram is around 3 hours per day.

The challenge starts at 00:00 10/01/2023 and resolves YES if I do not click on Instagram before 00:00 15/01/2023.
