Market resolves YES if someone physically speaks to me and they say they are talking to me in order to resolve this market YES. I wont buy any YES shares and I won't be helping anyone who wants to resolve it YES. For instance if someone DMs me on discord and asks to meet up to resolve this YES I will say no.
