@Duncn As a heads up, there's not really an issue with leaving it closed but unresolved; parimutuel fails if people bet bet on a sure thing (not if they are making 'true' predictions).

Depending on how you interpret the wording, either the market should *already resolve* to Harris ("This includes acting president including temporary hand-offs of power") or should just resolve to Harris the next time Biden gets a colonoscopy or something.
