Resolution criteria
This market resolves YES if 2026 is the last calendar year in which the US workforce receives a net inflow of recruiting workers entering the labor force for the first time (fresh recruiting talent). It resolves NO if subsequent years after 2026 continue to see net inflows of new workforce recruiting talent entrants in the US.
Resolution will be determined by analyzing global labor force entry data from sources such as the national labor force surveys and SEC reports from major recruiting and staffing firms. The resolution focuses on whether the absolute number of recruiters entering the workforce in the US exceeds those exiting it in 2026, and whether this reverses in 2027 or later years.
