To qualify it has to be a new (not currently available to the public in any capacity) chatbot and an S%P 500 company has to be officially credited as the creator or owner. Public release requires an average person to be able to access it without a waiting list or similar restrictions.

This should resolve to Google since Bard.

Does bard not count as publicly released? Or are Google voters expecting a new non-bard bot to be released

@Harry_ Wasn't Bard already announced by the time of market creation? Why would it count as "next"

@firstuserhere Bard was available before market creation not fulfilling the "new" criterion
