I am currently approved for Waymo and can travel driverless within ~most of SF anytime.

Made a similar market for EOY 2024: https://manifold.markets/MingweiSamuel/will-waymo-give-rides-tofrom-sfo-ai
Technical aspect could be achieved by Cruise or Waymo dropping off passengers at the Long Term Parking or Rental Car Center AirTrain stations (https://www.flysfo.com/passengers/ground-transportation/getting-around-sfo) which I assume would resolve this to YES though it is debatable. Actually driving to the terminals is technically within Waymo's ODD but they don't seem to drive on freeways/expressways yet in practice. Definitely outside of Cruise's ODD. Doesn't make economic sense for now, turns a 10 minute freeway drive to a 30 minute drive down Bayshore Blvd plus 20 minute AirTrain transfer. Then there's no near-term path for CPUC permitting. Might be able to use existing permits with a safety driver though, though that shouldn't resolve YES?
