Not sure if that would even qualify, and it's unclear how soon they'll be deployed. Further do Waymo cars even offer complimentary Wifi anymore?

Yes, this market needs clarity on what qualifies as a “working seat desk”. An airplane-style tray table? A small surface for holding drinks that folds out of the armrest or door? Are outlets and/or wifi required?

Wi-Fi is required, outlets are not. Airplane-style tray table suffices.
