Yes, this market needs clarity on what qualifies as a “working seat desk”. An airplane-style tray table? A small surface for holding drinks that folds out of the armrest or door? Are outlets and/or wifi required?

Wi-Fi is required, outlets are not. Airplane-style tray table suffices.
