In the first flight, several engines failed. I will resolve according to my judgement based on the consensus of news sources.
"Launch" means the ship makes upward vertical motion.
If the ship explodes, that doesn't count as "engine failure". I am talking about the engines that fail before the ship explodes or lands.

@nburn42 Yes, it seems like nothing failed before MECO and nothing failed on the second stage, but I'm trying to figure out about the first stage boost-back right before it exploded.
@BoltonBailey Actually, looks like from this video that at least seven engines failed during that time, so I think the appropriate resolution is "Other"
