Resolves YES if the Ethics comittee from either the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies or Senate decides to punish a congressperson for sexist or transphobic comments before the closing date.
No need for the punishment to be reviewed by the plenum of the respective House before the closing date, nor any requirement regarding the level of punishment suggested (motion of disapproval, suspension, expulsion...).
