Democrats are pushing hard for Congress to deal with the debt ceiling as the first order of regular business during the 118th Congress. Will they be able to strike a deal with the more mature members of the GOP Conference?

This resolves YES if a deal has been announced to extend the debt ceiling by the end of February. The deal does not have to have passed by the end of Feb, just publicly announced.
