YES

Resolves yes if there is a lawsuit heard in court and decided in a court judgement, over whether Trump can run for president, where Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is at issue. This could happen if an election official argues they can't put Trump on the ballot because Section 3 of the 14th Amendment outlaws anyone to run for office if they have assisted someone who participated in insurrection or rebellion.

This will resolve yes if there is a court case with a judgement, REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME. So whether Trump is banned, or he isn't, this question will resolve positively as long as there's a lawsuit heard before a judge who makes a decision. If the case is dismissed pre-trial by a judge, this will still resolve positively.
