This needs a description to explain how it will be resolved. Whose numbers are we going by? China is widely known to manipulate many of its official numbers, so using those could yield a different result than a more reliable source

@brp I think China has actually revised their population lower since 2021 and acknowledged it is officially shrinking for the first time as of 2021. So this may have already happened.
