What changes would you be looking to see for a YES?

@hidetzugu no more military input on construction ? From what I understand most everything else is already handled but domestic courts when it comes to official settlements

@hidetzugu From my understanding they're currently in a grey area where they don't have get full Israeli civil law to their residents and are under military rule.
