Resolves YES if Russia has full control over Pokrovsk by EOY 2025 for at least 24 contiguous hours. The primary source for resolution will be DeepStateMap, though in case of major disagreement, resolution will be deferred to a consensus of credible sources. A lack of consensus may result in a N/A resolution.

Note: If Russia captures Pokrovsk and then loses control later, this market still resolves YES.
I won't bet in this market.

@BorisBartlog I have not seen a single reliable media organization or other source I trust for this conflict claiming Pokrovsk is under full Russian occupation. Feel free to present one. As stated in the description, DeepState can be overridden by sufficient consensus to the contrary.
@BorisBartlog I trust Suriyak a great deal more than DeepState recently, but to be fair, this market was created in May and DeepState's bias didn't go off the charts until September
@a_l_e_x The thing is that DeepState is funded by the Ukrainian government. Trying to use them as a neutral oracle just isn't going to work out. There are various other sources, which, while seemingly subject to small biases, aren't subject to this inherent conflict of interest. Suriyak and LostArmour (they probably lean a little pro-Russia, but not hugely, and not because they're getting paid...). Or AMK, or ISW ... ISW is a bit pro-Ukranian, they like to distinguish between 'claimed' and 'assessed' Russian advances, and are slow to update the latter, but at least they don't publish complete fiction like DeepState.
@BorisBartlog yes, although I suspect the DeepState mappers are more worried about getting dragged off to the front than having their funding cut
Are we going to take into account that Russia constantly lies about their so-called successes?

@Lorelai The (primary) resolution source is the DeepState map which does not take Russian claims at face value. I don't know the exact details of their process, but it is considered reliable to my understanding.
