Resolves via official U.S. Senate roster records or verified major news reporting of his PA voter registration.
This market is strictly about his registration label. If he registers as an Independent but continues to caucus with the Democrats, it resolves to Independent / Other.
The "Independent / Other" option triggers if he registers as Unaffiliated, Independent, or with any third party (e.g., Forward, Libertarian, Green).
