  • Party registration status can also be verified by official Pennsylvania voter registration records or official statements issued by the Senator's office.

  • If Fetterman does not hold office as a U.S. Senator on July 1, 2027 (e.g., due to resignation, expulsion, or death), this market will resolve according to his official party registration and intended caucus status at the time of departure, or resolve N/A if that cannot be determined.

  • If an outcome occurs that does not fit into any of the available options (e.g., registered Democrat caucusing with Republicans, or an Independent refusing to caucus with either party), the market will resolve N/A.
