If by the November 30, 11:59 pm (UTC+2 time) there will be news about successful vote on this new law, I will immidiately resolve as YES. Otherwise, it will be resolved as NO.

@yanitkit I think this can resolve No. I don't think it's passed, but I couldn't find any clear confirmation with a quick search. But I also didn't find any news with a quick search saying it had passed:
there will be news about successful vote
and I think that's sufficient for a No resolution.
