CASP (Critical Assessment of Structure Prediction) is a protein modeling contest. DeepMind won CASP13 and CASP14 with AlphaFold and AlphaFold2, respectively, with an overall score of 92.4 GDT (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_distance_test) for CASP14.

The scoring categories are changing somewhat for CASP15, combining the template and template-free categories. Will AlphaFold3 get >= 95.0 GDT in the combined single protein modelling category?

Resolves N/A if AlphaFold3 isn't entered into the competition, or if neither CASP nor DeepMind reports an overall GDT score for the model.

CASP15 results will be released December 10, 2022.
