This market predicts whether an AI-assisted tool will be generally available that can:

  • reverse engineer the binary executable of a reasonably large closed-source application targeting a common instruction set (e.g. x86-64, AArch64);

  • add or remove features as prompted by the user in a human language, and

  • produce a new binary executable with the requested modifications, which appears to work as intended.

Resolution criteria: The market resolves YES if there is a generally available AI model or AI-assisted tool with the demonstrated capability.

For example, the user should be able to have the model change a timer's color from red to blue in an AA video game by simply asking the model to do so and giving it access to the executable and assets, or to have the model modify a racing video game such that the car appears to experience higher traction, with a higher than 50% success rate.

Otherwise the market resolves NO.
