What are qualifications for "battle"?

Does it have to involve human soldiers?

Would a one-sided attack that's instantly fatal to the targets, like ground to space missle count?

The currently most likely thing is a missile destroying a satellite or space station.

@ProjectVictory does not nee human soldiers if we're at a point where robots/drones are the primary fighting force.
