This market is determined by me checking my net profit, as determined by the all-time tab on https://manifold.markets/stq?tab=portfolio, at 11:59 pm EST on February 28th (or as soon after that as possible, if I'm asleep or busy at that point, but no more than 24 hours after, at which point the market will be resolved as N/A if I have still failed to check). If it is above -$250, the market resolves yes; otherwise, it resolves no.

For context, my all-time net profit currently stands at -$392. I reserve the right to bet in this market as I deem appropriate, but will not engage in intentional losses of money on other markets for the purposes of gaining money on this one.
