This is a trial of a manifold-backed short term loan system, using Manifold to guarantee loans. This mechanism is similar to this market, except the amount of the loan is not tied up into the bet, since the market is immediately resolved N/A. Nobody loses mana as a result, and the market creation cost is refunded to me.

@Tumbles owes 503 mana to me, due January 24, 11:59:00 PM, Pacific Time. As insurance for default, @nikki agrees to collect a payout of 1000 or more mana, using this market, if Tumbles is late to repay the loan.

If Tumbles pays off the loan, this stays resolves N/A.

If Tumbles is late, by 1 second or more, this re-resolves NO
