After Pavel Durov was arrested in France, will another billionaire get arrested, for whatever reason, in 2024 (after market creation)?
Billionaire must be on the Forbes list to count, and can’t have already been arrested for the specified charge before the market’s creation.

I'm not aware of any examples to resolve this YES. The closest I can find is: https://www.cnbc.com/2024/11/20/billionaire-gautam-adani-charged-in-new-york-with-massive-fraud.html but Gautam wasn't arrested AFAIK. So currently i think this should resolve NO. I will leave it pending for a few days now in case any can find another example.
