This market will resolve the exact same as its Polymarket clone, and has the exact same resolution criteria: Telegram banned by EU country before October?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Telegram app is banned for download and/or use by the majority of citizens in any European Union member nation by September 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the relevant EU member nation, however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
