Resolves YES if the Higher Administrative Court (Oberverwaltungsgerichts OVG) Münster confirms the classification of the entire AfD as a suspected right-wing extremist party by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
Resolves NO if the OVG rejects the verdict of the first instance (VG Köln).
Close date might be extended if the court takes longer.
CDU MP Marco Wanderwitz waits for this ruling to proceed with a ban of AfD:
"The interim status is that we will wait for the decision of the Higher Administrative Court in Münster."
The court wants to rule on three cases on February 27 and 28. The one about the "Flügel" and the "Junge Alternative" are not relevant here.
