If any Toronto bike lanes are removed due to this ruling, this will resolve YES. Removal for unrelated reasons (construction, damage, etc) does not count.
Reaching the resolution date with no bike lane removal will resolve NO. If Ford publicly calls off the removal (for example due to an agreement with the city), this will resolve NO early.
This market resolves in 12 months from the court overturn announcement on Aug 14.

Not sure if this resolves the market YES or not. Depends if bike lanes have been physically removed yet or not. I might go check soon.
