If any Toronto bike lanes are removed due to this ruling, this will resolve YES. Removal for unrelated reasons (construction, damage, etc) does not count.

Reaching the resolution date with no bike lane removal will resolve NO. If Ford publicly calls off the removal (for example due to an agreement with the city), this will resolve NO early.

This market resolves in 12 months from the court overturn announcement on Aug 14.

The removal starts Tuesday. I thought the proposal would take longer, but I guess not.

Put another way, Ford wants to spend more on removing bike lanes in Toronto ($48M) than he's spent protecting all of Ontario's businesses from an international trade war. Ontario deserves serious leadership, that follows through on promises, and actually puts people before profits.

Ontario begins restoring car lanes on Toronto's busiest streets
The Ministry of Transportation confirmed that lane restoration is already underway on Bloor Street West in Etobicoke.

Not sure if this resolves the market YES or not. Depends if bike lanes have been physically removed yet or not. I might go check soon.
