Resolves YES if there is a new market type whose default is to never close/resolve, before 2024.
It must be publicly tradeable on the main site. It does not have to be publicly creatable.
Some interesting possibilities could be:
a certificate type, that pays out dividends periodically
a type that grants digital flair to users for holding large positions
Some other stock/stonk thing
