@traders I have procrastinated handling this market, as initially I closed the market with a tentitive assumption that I would resolve it YES. I have since changed my mind and think the current iteration does not satisfy criteria for YES. As such, I plan to reopen the market and bet it down to a more appropriate level myself, to avoid the first person that sees the reopened market getting the scoop; any current YES holder that comments under this comment within 24h will have their invested mana reimbursed in full.

@ScipioFabius I'm not sure if the new feature counts? It's explicitly called "numeric market", so I'm guessing it does, but the description also says

New functionality for multi-choice that is intended to better suit numerical question is an edge case. If it enables betting on multiple answers simultaneously and to see a distribution, similiar to how it was on the previous iteration of numeric, this resolves YES.

The actual underlying market type is just multiple choice with some additional features (to help with setup and to display an expected value). AFAIK, it doesn't allow you to bet on multiple answers simultaneously or to see a distribution

@Ziddletwix It's always the damn edge cases! I'll sleep on this, but to me right now it looks like just a glorified EV calculator. I'll close the market for now so that people dont bet on expectations of my thoughts.
