I'm vegan, but even I would recommend against a 100% pure vegetable diet, with zero carbs, zero fruit, zero plant fats/oils, zero vitamin B12 / omega-3 (via supplements / fortified foods), and only one plant protein source (beans). Note that none of these missing things absolutely require meat, eggs, dairy etc. Unless you have a medical reason to cut so much out, you'll probably just damage your health while feeling like shit. Stay safe fam ๐
@TheAllMemeingEye I only want to do it for a week not anytime longer, but I meant to include things like nuts and supplements and fruit. Maybe I'll N/A this and create a second market with a better description.
