If George Santos vacates his seat during the current term, resolves to the next person who wins election to fill his seat (New York's third Congressional district). If he completes the term, resolves to [Santos completes the term]
A special election is held to fill any US House of Representatives vacancy, unless the vacancy occurs close enough to the next general election. In either case, the resolution is to the winner of the first election to replace Santos.
It is technically possible for Santos to win that election, in which case it resolves to "George Santos [vacates seat and wins reelection]".
Standard free response rules: If there are duplicate answers, all but the first will be disqualified. Any answer that does not meet the resolution criteria above will be disqualified (i.e. does not specify an individual person, with the exception of special answers described above).
