Will George Santos appear in the headline of a NY Times story again in 2024 (after market creation)?

Santos’ name must be in headline for this to count. If the title says “Santos” or “George”, referring to the fallen NY Rep., that will Resolve YES. If the headline is “Former NY Rep….” without using his name, this will not qualify.
