If Donald Trump is criminally indicted by prosecutors in the state of Georgia in relation to the 2020 election interference investigation, currently led by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, resolves to the date he is indicted. If he is not indicted by end of day Friday, resolves to that.
Details:
This question will use the earliest time the charges are unsealed, officially announced, or reported by reliable media publications.
Please note: this is different than some previous questions - this is not using the date of a grand jury vote to indict.
If a media publication mistakenly reports an indictment and the report turns out to have been an error, that does not count.
This question will use Eastern Time.

The charges against Trump and allies are beginning to surface on the Fulton County docket
here we go (grand jury currently voting)
@ItzNetwork the longer the vote, the more this is a RICO charge with multiple people being charged it seems.
They also did not even talk to the #1 witness who saw the incident of the illegal paperwork being voted/signed by "fake electors" which means more than likely they didn't even need the most damning testimony to bring RICO charges. -yikes-

Sealed?

If true, that would be around Midnight ET
