Palia is a Cozy MMO with elements akin to Harvest Moon or Animal Crossing, and a focus on building relationships with NPCs and other players.

Currently the game is in "open beta" on PC, receiving a few updates per month, with plans to release on Nintendo Switch by the end of 2023.

The desktop release of this game has been tentatively stable since open beta started, only having a few major UE engine crashes, but is still littered with various bugs. They span from inconvenient to progress-blocking, and could potentially result in delaying the release of it's console debut launch.

This resolves to YES if anyone with a Nintendo switch in North America can download and play Palia on the eShop before 2024-01-01.

This resolves to NO if it is not downloadable AND playable before 2024-01-01. I'm considering also resolving this as NO if it's only available to some players (e.g. focus group testing; console beta testers), doubly-so if it requires some sort of promotional / beta code to be input outside of the eShop Palia store page.
