"Nintendo-published" is defined as Nintendo being in the Publisher(s) column on, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nintendo_Switch_games (even if one of multiple).

Resolves once Nintendo has not published any Switch 1 games for 365 days or once they stop allowing games to be released on the platform.
