Resolves to the first time period (AoE) in which a Nintendo Switch 2 emulator that can be used to play through at least five Nintendo-published games is publicly available.
"play through" - The game can be completed with no game-breaking glitches or major graphical or audio glitches. Minor graphical or audio glitches are OK. Similar to Dolphin's definition of "playable".
"Nintendo-published games" - "Nintendo" appears in the Publisher(s) column on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nintendo_Switch_2_games (even if one of multiple publishers)
"publicly available" - the general public can access and run the emulator. Can be paid, can be closed source, the general public just has to be able to access and run the emulator binaries.
