Resolves YES if the Biden administration pursues one or more gimmicks to prevent the US from defaulting on its debt in 2023.

Gimmicks could include issuing premium bonds, minting a platinum coin, or declaring the debt ceiling unconstitutional.

Gimmicks could /not/ include any "extraordinary measure" that has already been put into place or that was previously pursued during a recent, similar debt ceiling crisis.

Ultimately what gimmicks count are up to the market creator's discretion.
