@professionalgambler creator did although it'd be nice to have confirmation by @mods that this is a pure identical market (since this was created when he was arrested in romania it's implicitly that but it needs clarification in case tate gets found guilty of human trafficking in another country later even though the author clearly meant romania, people will complain because of the romania problem).
