@traders I'm inclined to clarify this as:

To the moon means landing, no orbiting, not a flyby or otherwise getting near it.

US astronauts sent on SpaceX hardware is a US mission. Something like the proposed Dear Moon would be a private space company mission.

Thoughts? Other suggestions?

@jim I think this market should usually be easy, it'd resolve to the US in that scenario if up to me.
