Resolves YES, if there are still easy ways to exchange Mana between two users. Current ways to do that are Manalinks and maybe markets, as far as I know. Other ways might exist or be created, like private markets.
Resolves NO, if there are no easy ways to transfer Mana directly to another user. Manalinks have to be gone or reworked. Markets might need a minimum duration (I don't really know if markets are a problem. I'll find out until june). There cannot be private matkets that use Mana.

I am using my moderation permissions to resolve this market on behalf of the creator. This is according to the Manifold Markets unresolved markets policy found here.
If the creator returns and wishes to change the resolution, please reply to this comment and tag @DavidChee. The admins will then undo the resolution I chose and you may pick your desired resolution.
@MarcusAbramovitch the author seem to have been deleted, some trusted user should resolve this perhaps )
@NikitaSkovoroda since i have a position, I won't resolve it and will let someone else do this

This looks like a definite YES, as manalinks are still operational. Also, private markets have been created, but even manalinks still working is enough to resolve this to YES.
@NikitaSkovoroda This comment from the creator, tho:

I'd prefer @enemel to resolve it. :/
@MartinRandall re: that link -- how many people got banned for transferring mana as of June 2023?
@MartinRandall His clarification was that any banning would only count as NO if it also removed access to the mana which was transferred. Banning in the form of no longer able to make comments does not count for NO.
@Mira I guess your take is that Manifold is bluffing or that they won't bother enforcing?
@MartinRandall Plus, nothing here prevents mana transaction that don't involve real-world money, which is technically what would be required for this to resolve NO, according to the description.
.
@JosephNoonan the creator clarified that an enforced ban that confiscated purchased mana would resolve the market no.

@Mira If you are thinking of a way that users could secretly exchange mana for cash without admins knowing you might make more mana by reporting it for a bounty.
@MartinRandall There's not some elaborate hack here! I could (hypothetically) meet someone at a coffee shop and give them a manalink for M$ 500. They could then give me a $5 bill (or buy me a coffee). We could then escape detection by not telling the admins that the cash transaction happened.
I'm not sure what's happening in this market anymore. Are we assuming that the admins are omniscient?
@BrendanFinan I agree. Below enemel was discussing something more like a storefront. Not sure how this market will resolve.
