Countryside Elementary School, located in Newton, Massachusetts (my hometown!), is currently undergoing construction. According to https://www.newton.k12.ma.us/district-at-a-glance/long-range-planning-and-building-projects/countryside-elementary the new building will be finished by January 2027 and the project will wrap up by the fall of 2027. But will the building actually be finished in time?

Resolves YES if the new building is finished by midnight on January 31, 2027 and NO otherwise. "Finished" means that the construction work on the building itself is done and the building is visibly whole, even if the entire area is still a construction site. I plan on resolving this by photographic evidence.
