Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if, by December 31, 2027, 23:59 Honduras local time (CST, UTC−6), an official source announces that “Darien Village” at Próspera is complete/open for occupancy, or publishes final occupancy/operations approvals for all buildings in the project as scoped on Próspera’s real-estate page (5 residential buildings + 1 hub; 55 units). Acceptable sources: Próspera’s site/news, the project’s official page, statements from any high ranking staff member of Próspera, or reputable press quoting the developer/Próspera. Otherwise resolves NO. (en.wikipedia.org)
Partial/phase delivery does not count. A rebrand/name change counts if the source clearly identifies it as the same project/site. If the developer formally redefines “Darien Village,” resolution hinges on a published statement that “Darien Village” (as then defined) is complete/open. (prospera.co)
Primary verification links to check at resolution: Próspera Real Estate (Darien Village) and the developer’s project page. (prospera.co)
Background
Darien Village is listed by Próspera as a built‑to‑rent, village‑style development in the Beta District: 55 units across 5 buildings plus a commercial hub, with shared amenities and a planned bridge/linkage to Duna Tower. The project is currently positioned for early investment/pre‑sale. (prospera.co)
The ZEDE framework underpinning Próspera has faced legal challenges in Honduras; in Sept 2024 the Supreme Court ruled ZEDEs unconstitutional, while Próspera asserts acquired‑rights protections and continued lawful operation under constitutional provisions and legal‑stability guarantees.
